please rework this user interface.
i "lost" 3k Zen over accidentally selling zen, instead of transferring my 8k dilithium because the UI for the Zen-Selling RANDOMLY either brings up the selling zen or selling dili part of this UI - which look totally the same - and are not easily destinguishable nor is there any promting of a transaction, which probably is even illegal under EU Law to have real money transactions not promting before you loose real money bought stuff in a game!!!
at the current market situation it will take half a year to get 3k Zen BACK.
FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY.
either make two seperate UI menus for that, OR at least make them more contrasted so i realize i'm on the wrong page of zen/dili part OR make a promt OR just make the UI always bring up THE FIRST PAGE OF A UI. (the ui bringing up random sub-pages of an UI is in the whole game , you hit C for character, and sometime you land on the ship or on character or on whatever sub-portion of that UI!)

I've observed that if you click the big "Buy Dilithium" button in the Dilithium Store, it defaults to the "Sell Zen" tab, which is how you buy dilithium.
If you open the Dilithium Exchange by other means, it opens with the "Buy Zen" tab by default.
Yes, there is!
If you are buying Zen, you get this prompt:
...OR pay closer attention to the prompt that actually does appear asking you to CONFIRM your transaction!
In saying all that, I completely agree that the two UI's are very similar and could do with being re-vamped to make it more obvious if you're selling Zen (buying dilithium) or selling Dilithium (buying Zen).
I'm not sure we'd get it though...
they just should make that UI in two different colouts ,you you realize even at a glance you are selling zen and not buying dili or vice versa.
the problem is, while buying zen accidentally has no impact, causer it takes WEEKS for this mistake to take effect, accidentally selling zen, because both ui and the promts basically looks the same if you are rushing your 20-50 alts, this mistake takes immediate effect and is only reversable over months into the future.
i still suggest they make a different colour or even different menu points (so NOT grouping the sell dili with the sell zen UI into one)
or make a 5 second timer on the "sell zen" prompt.
or make the word Dilithium <> symbol and the Zen (C) symbol WAY BIGGER and hint at what you are selling.
At least you can get your Zen back in about a month (maybe a little less) with the current backlog. The current wait on Neverwinter(Pc) is close to a year.
Update: I checked the last order that was filled for me.
I placed an order for 2000 Zen on 7/12/2024 and it was filled on 8/2/2024.
So around 21 days.
