Every time I log into a character flying this ship, or change zones, the Lt. Tactical seat officer is unslotted, and the Ship Loadout screen shows "unsaved changes". Clicking the loadout fixes things until I change zones again, such as starting a mission.
I did purchase the ship before the seating options were changed, however I have since saved the loadout with the new, correct requirements.
In-game bug report has been filed. Per support, I am posting the issue here.
