Dragon's Deceit fall damage bug fixed?

For quite a while, there was a bug where you'd automatically die upon ziplining down to the outcropping shown in the picture below.



I just ziplined to that outcropping and did not die, much to my surprise.

(For clarification, the outcropping is below the metal ledge, at the top of the picture)
