The 'unrefined ore' . . . I - can't get unless I remember to accept the awarded dil every 19 (?) hrs., which will take some 10-15 years to get over six (6) million ore I currently have, and I believe my math may be wrong about how long to get what we earned!
Can the 'powers that be people' there in STO consider the simple change to allow those of us who have - been with STO for a certain number of years, or . . Lifetime Access (which I have -- took 2+ years off due to life changes then came back here!). When a person has received over a million or 2 unrefined ore, to get MORE of it than just some 8+/- thousand dil every 19-24 hrs, to instead receive some 50,000 dil - every 7 days for those of us over 2+ million ore from the system before we die?
Have we not earned it? Are we not entertained? <g>
The real kicker is -- when I need more 'dil' than I have, I buy ZEN, then sell it for refined ore that I can't get sitting on screen that I l already have? How is that fair? Granted I know STO needs monies, but why make us Lifetime Account people pay
6.2 MILLION ore.. and how long will it take to get that amount out under current status?
Put a limit on those 'Free to Play' accounts, a year free then force them to make a choice, get a lifetime account as we have updated our policy message. Your 'free-to-play' time is about to end --- Tell em how much dill they can get with a lifetime account! Should work with your ..mm.. creative pitch?
Someone in STO management must be on our LIFETIME side? Someone . . please?
Thank you for your honest time and thought. 'WE LIFER'S aren't going anywhere, why make 'us' wait til it's too late?
Say - be brave, let us have it all, as when we use it up faster than you might think, we're going to buy Zen anyways to sell to get more dil! <Ka--ching!$>
Very sincerely,

Anything and everything in the game is completely accessible for both types of player.
If you limit F2P, then the game isn't Free-2-Play any more, and paying customers will have to start paying a monthly fee just to keep the game going.
Now, as for that unrefined Dilithium - it is indeed very annoying to have a huge reserve of Dilithium Ore that slowly trickles into the Refined pool at around 8k per day. (I don't have as big a stockpile as you, though...)
That limit is necessary to control the amount of Dilithium available to keep the Exchange working properly.
Alas, as we all know, and can see, the Exchange has maximised and is currently considered 'broken' by many.
As time has gone on, it temporarily came back to life, but has 'broken' again.
Unfortunately, more dilithium isn't going to help the game, so we must learn to live with the limitations.
