Deploy Construction Shuttle Wing interaction with traits

Engineering ability Deploy Construction Shuttle Wing (DCSW) is not being recognized by some starship traits as a hull healing ability or as an Eng ability:
The following traits will not proc when DCSW is used:
* Adaptive Hull Plating, Built to Last, Gelatinous Membrane, Proto Spill, Reconstructive Conversion Wave, SIF Shunt, S.I.F. Burst
** traits above in their description state they are triggered "...when activating a hull healing ability"
** no tooltip indication (on DCSW) when trait is slotted, while tooltip indication is present on other hull healing abilities.
** they are triggered by other hull healing abilities (Engineering Team, Aux2Str, Hazard Emitters, etc)
The following traits work with DCSW, meaning they recognize it as a hull healing ability:
* Heard I Needed Help, Restorative Support, Sentient Starship
** they also have a tooltip indication (on all abilities)
* Field-Modified Overload Support
** this trait works but has no tooltip indication on DCSW, but other hull healing abilities show it on tooltip
* Biotech Patch, a personal space trait that improves effectiveness
Additionally, DCSW is not recognized as an engineering ability by the Battle Ready starship trait (no tooltip indication, does not proc), while other eng abilities proc and have a tooltip indication.
Here is the list of starship traits that are triggered by hull healing abilities that I wasn't able to confirm if they work because I don't have them:
* Enhanced Nanite Regeneration, Flagship Staffing, Going the Extra Mile, Jubilant Cadence, Risk vs Reward, Shall We Not Revenge, Time of Need
* Radiant Nanite Cloud, Reactive Repair Nanites - they don't show tooltip indication on any ability and I didn't had time to test
And lastly, list of starship traits that are triggered when Eng ability is used, but I don't own them to confirm if they work:
* Repulsive, That's a Big Ship, Stay At Your Posts, Voth Carrier Synergies
