Lost ship weapon

I just logged in, and one weapon of my ship isnt slotted anymore - it isnt in my inventory either, just gone Also strange: the layout seems to be changed, according to the layout, the missing slot shall have a unique weapon, which is already in another slot of the ship.
Any ideas how to get my Mk XV weapon back?

    What weapon was it? Is it in your character or account bank? If it is on another ship, find the ship it is in and put it back then save the loadout thrice in space. If none of those work, then file a support ticket.
