Premonition Temporal Science Spearhead issues

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
I can identify two issues with the Premonition Temporal Science Spearhead.
1: The ship cannot equip dual/dual heavy cannons like other Science Spearheads. (Intentional?)
2: The firing hardpoints for dual beam banks is asymmetrical.

    Issue 1 has been resolved, though the dual/dual heavy cannons share the odd hardpoints of the dual beam banks.

    Possibly related, the hardpoints highlighted in the image don't appear to be used at all, and is probably where the weapons in question should be firing from, and not from the dorsal saucer beam arrays.

    Would they be the torpedo launchers, akin to what we see on Voyager?

    I believe the torpedoes fire from the red hardpoint on the ventral sensor dome on the saucer, kinda like the Sovereign's quantum torpedo launcher.
