So I bought the sub-aqua outfit for my main toon, and when I went to find it in the tailor, it isn't there. I reached out to support and they too couldn't find it. Anyone else having this issue?

Ok maybe a stupid question, but what category are you looking under in the tailor? Uniform or Swimwear?
That's weird. Need to ask a few questions and I'll let some folks know. First, which outfit exactly is it in game? I don't do much tailor stuff so I don't always know all of them by basic description. Need the in game name. Second, about when did you buy the outfit and which of your characters was it that you tried to equip it on? Third, did you try changing maps between the unlock and trying to equip the uniform? Sometimes there's weird stuff I've seen where map changes have to be done to force some stuff to take effect. Lastly, do you still have the ticket numbers from where you contacted support? If you do then PM the relevant ticket numbers and I'll talk to some folks and see what I can come up with.

Sorry if this is super-obvious and you thought of it: did you unpack the item in your inventory? I frequently buy a new thing at the risian vendor, then forget to actually open the box I got and then obviously can't find it in the tailor. If like me you are bad at invenotry management it can be non-obvious.

Did you check your inventory like gwyrdallon suggested?
@corypan did you check the inventory to see if it's not in a box you need to open like was suggested above? Also if you have the ticket numbers from your contacting support, PM me those ticket numbers and I'll fire a couple questions up chain and see what I can find out for you.
