Chat Block/Ignore really needs fixed.

I know this has been brought up a few times over the last few years, but the last post I saw for it was back in *2019*.

Can we PLEASE get chat block fixed for console users? We have a few constant trolls spamming Trump this and commie that, calling people slurs. It really just makes people avoid social zones.

Even if there's some hard code issue with PSN or Xbox friend lists, could we at least get some of the chat commands like /ignore integrated? It does nothing in game.

Yes! Please make it easier to block folks in chat. The only success I've had with blocking chat on Xbox has been with Reporting and blocking gold sellers that spam the channel. However, just blocking doesn't always work and reporting for speech I don't like or want to see isn't what the report function is for in my option.

I'm not sure what kind of system PSN has but it should be easier to ignore chat on consoles. As simple as it is on PC would be great.

Isn't it a bug though? There's an option to "ignore" player, but it doesn't do anything.

It is definitely a bug and would be great if it was fixed. I've also had people that were previously not showing up because I blocked them start showing up randomly for no reason.

i totally agree an you guys actually doing something about banning folks or giving them warnings for said offenses instead of them continuing to do such vile things and the bots to when they do it not often but they do it
