Quest: "Time in a bottle"

After helping the time-shifting guys.. my quest log says: "Talk to Nog.." But Nog has left the building. He is nowhere to be fond. Vanished.. So i cant continue the quest... Very annoying. I have fought all those Tholians for nada... noppes. All the usual game breaking bug saving tricks do not work. Strange thing though, it doesn't happen always... It happens to me though.. across factions, species and time... Soo... i would say: time for some bug hunting ?.... ;)

    I just completed this quest tonight on an alt. Yes, Nog gets lost sometimes after you finish fixing the equipment for the Krenim. Usually after you talk to the Krenim leader you can find where Nog is located by checking your map. Look for a Yellow "i" in a box. You might have to roam the map a bit to find him as I believe sometimes he gets trapped in the landscape.
