I played sto over a decade ago and it was a good game. I just recently came back and bought some "Zen". The game never acknowledged my purchase and I'm out 50$ and no Zen. Did some scam company buy this old game to do scams on old customers? I also noticed there is no way to contact sto by phone.
If this is your first time purchasing, there is usually a 24-48 hr waiting period before the purchased is finalised. This is for fraud prevention purposes. It is not a scam, and you will get your Zen. If you haven't got it AFTER 48 hours contact Support via the link at the top of the page.
"You don't want to patrol!? You don't want to escort!? You don't want to defend the Federation's Starbases!? Then why are you flying my Starships!? If you were a Klingon you'd be killed on the spot, but lucky for you.....you WERE in Starfleet. Let's see how New Zealand Penal Colony suits you." Adm A. Necheyev.
I can't take it anymore! Could everyone just chill out for two seconds before something CRAZY happens again?!

No, you can't contact them by phone but they're really good at responding to tickets and you can review your transaction history there to boot for verification. Also if you still don't see zen go through, check your bank/credit card statement and verify the purchase went through in the first place (not all folks do). Check to see if your bank has also tried to contact you to verify the purchase, as sometimes online orders with game companies can trigger fraud prevention measures on their end. I haven't had that hiccup with STO, but I have had it once with Xbox.
