My Zen vanished after purchase. Every time I go to somewhere that accepts Zen, it says I have zero

Zen has been purchased but it Has not appeared in my account. Could someone give me a link to a refund page?

    It can sometimes take a few minutes for the Zen to appear, and a relog might help nudge it along.
