Universal Console vanished, its slot is unusable

Hi, I would like to report an error, please.
I play on PC via Epic Games. Epic Games players got a Polymorphic pack as a gift including a universal console (Polymorphic Probe Array) a few weeks ago. I claimed and used it. Its protected status was ON but it vanished from my ship's tactical console slot. I used it on June 20th last time before maintenance and I found the slot empty the next day. It's not in my inventory or bank.
I tried to place different (tactical and universal) consoles into the empty slot but the game always said "inventory full". My inventory is not full and the console slot is empty.
So I lost a universal console and I'm not able to use one of my tactical console slots.
My Epic Games name is TakaTeBab#95762 and the character's name is Sadun.
Unfortunately I haven't been able to report the error here earlier because I'm a new user and I needed to wait 72 hours. I raised a support ticket from the game when I noticed the problem then I was asked to write it here when I can.
Can you help me, please?
Update: My console is back and it's working perfectly.

I have the console too and I now have a blank space in my Inventory where it should be.
Probably you were right, I've written what I've seen. Fortunately this bug has been fixed during today's maintenance.
