ClASS B BUG. Cannot navigate menus

With the menu stuck and unavailable to scroll through options, the game is essentially broken in story mode. New players will leave immediately.

Fix it so when given options we can actually select the one we want.

This is a bug which has been ongoing for a few weeks already.
It's been reported a few times already, as well.
There exists a workaround which has been documented in other threads.
Until it is fixed, I'd suggest you look in those other threads.
