Chat channels. need help in resetting to default

not sure how the channels got messed up, but chat is not the default anymore I think it's the combat channel. How can i reset the thing without reloading the entire game?

On Youtube you can turn up the playback speed so you have to listen to it for a shorter period of time, which is quite useful.
