Bio-Essence Transfer

Often when using the Bio-Essence Transfer kit module my character doesn't dash towards the enemy but rather does a crouch animation. Consequently it doesn't do anything it supposed to do, no damage and no self heal.

I've noticed this myself. Like you say you click on the power, your character does and small crouch (not a full to your knees like normal crouching) then nothing.
