The canopies for the vendors at the Klingon Academy are missing.

I decided to test this on my Klingon character Korn last night while doing the Klingon Academy daily. I could see the Klingon Academy vendor tarpaulins at first but when I got back from doing the daily and approached the quest giver, the canopies had disappeared.

Old one. Sometimes they load, most of the time they don't. Also, you can't resize the vendor trade window there and and in many other placers anymore. It's a pain when you want to sell a ton of stuff at once.
