Another Captain Alteration token issue: Romulans lose access to all allied customization option

See title. On use of the allied captain alteration token, Romulan (faction) characters lose access to allied customization options. This includes ally uniforms as well as KDF/FED uniform variants exclusive to the respective choice of alliance. All (existing) bridge officers retain their customization options (eg. this doesn't overwrite their permissions) but Romulan player characters are royally screwed when it comes to space barbie if they use the token.

Another call for players not to use these until Cryptic has fixed the feature. Very disappointed that ROM ally customization options was evidently not tested thoroughly. I would recommend pulling the tokens from the c-store until these issues can be rectified. Losing access to this range of costumes can absolutely ruin characters (fortunately for my ROM in question, it wasn't a big deal but other ROMs on my account would have been nuke-level bad).

I should add (as other affected users didn't comment) that this issue isn't exclusive to Romulans. TOS FED characters, who also proceed through an alternative starting experience (just without the faction choice) also lose access to all normal FED uniforms (available outside the extended TOS tutorial). This alt-start uses the same interrupted character creation mechanics as the Romulan pre-alliance intro, and thus is likely running into the exact same issue where a downstream trigger for uniform access from species selection (alliance state/TOS tutorial completion) is being missed in the species change token's effect. Jem'Hadar are also presumably affected.

Can confirm from this morning's patch, this issue was successfully fixed from Romulans (at least). Presumably TOS and Jem'Hadar too but I can't test those myself.
