    This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

    Another news item not posted on the photosensitive Arcgames website only on the former Gearbox website and the Arc client. All the sites should have the same posts. This needs to be fixed! Please. Thanks. :)

    Maybe... Bort is back doing the work. Good chance it has a 5% chance to proc or something. Tank stuff. Ok. I prefer the lockbox ships somewhat skipabale anyway.

    I have to say I read "Starship Trait – Unity Shielding" and thought ohhh Bort is back still trying to make shields matter. Then I realized it is a tank hold trait thing. To be fair... if it has a decent chance to proc, and the charges don't take ages to regenerate. It could be a meta PvE tank/nanny trait.

    What happened with lobi ships? IMO, this new one should join them!
    Also, phoenix prize ships as lobi have been abandoned for years.

    Thanks I really hate that other site sooo much white.

    I also hate it when they only put patch notes on facebook or twitter, I have never used facebook and have not really looked on twitter since they made it so you have to log in to view tweets, accept recently to look at a couple of specific things.

    And what is it with twitter now not using the default mode even when it is selected but now always going to dark mode unless you have cookies already. and I always clear most things when I have finished using my browser.

    They are not the same link. You posted to that horrible website that players are always complaining about and I agree with them its a terrible design. What is being asked is please can we have links posted to the much better deigned arcgames news links instead as those have an overall better design and do not cause eyestrain and headaches like that first link does.

    A lot of people find playstartrekonline.com a major downgrade and a really bad design, I still hate it as much today as when it first came out, it hasn't got any better. As PC players many of us don't like it as a desktop website experience. Its sort of ok on a mobile but this is a PC game not a mobile game with many of us using PC browsers. On a PC browser many of us cannot stand that playstartrekonline.com website.

    Not liking the site is fine. Advocating for the site to change is fine. Bitching at badmoon for posting a link to it is not.

    There are two official news sites. I am not bitching but rather saying I prefer the link to the arc official site over the play official site. The play site causes eyestrain along with its overall poor design layout the other site causes no eyestrain and has a much improved layout.

    Asking for both links to be posted or the arc link to be posted is a fair comment not bitching as you put it.

    Ah! Yes, ok. Not too long ago it was discussed that the Arc news page would no longer be used, and everything was migrating to the playstartrekonline website. I'm not sure how the Arc news page is being currently updated, possibly automatically, which may explain why it is spotty at best, but as I understood it, it was no longer to be used. Hence why all of the blog links are to the playstartrekonline website. And since that is what is being used, and what is linked in the blog posts, that is what I use here. And until that changes, or I am given another directive, that's what I will continue to do. So, please, refrain from spamming the forum with complaints about a no longer in official use website not being updated. If you would like a change in the current policy, please contact the Community Manager. Thank you.

    When you go to playstartrekonline site the forum link in the hamburger menu there redirects to arcgames.com here.
    Some people are far too sensitive online while others are far too crude. Because Internet anonymity.

    Unfortunately, the playstartrekonline site has some serious flaws for some people, like the glare making the page hard (and sometimes literally painful) to read and the fact that it does not support mitigation of the problem via RSS or even just dark style page options to minimize eye fatigue. It is a very poorly designed and primitive-looking website by PC standards that is not a good look for the game.

    As for the ship, that does look good, but since it is a lockbox ship and I have quite a few premium ships ahead of it on my premium-token to-get list, it would be years before I get around to it, if ever.

    Can someone at least make a "dark" version/option of the preferred site, then? All white pages are intensely irritating to the eyes.

    Seems "Dark Reader" for mozilla firefox finally works on the site, i would suggest everyone get a pc browser add-on before complaining (understandable reasons) which adds more work to a overworked staff, but ya options are nice to have.

    Not particularly (to me anyway), I think it resembles more the planet-eater doomsday weapons myself. In fact, a really weird twist could be if the Aetherians of the prime STO timeline wiped themselves out (and possibly most of an ancient enemy of theirs that comes calling after detecting the crosstime version the Alliance is working with or whatever) by building them only to lose control of them the same way more recent attempts at controlling them by other parties never worked out.

    I just found a Dark Mode Reader from Google called Reading Mode. Now I can read the new Arcgames website without eyestrain on Android. Hooray! There is a problem with it on PC however when it comes to images.

    You have way too many ships that are lock box only which means less then 1 percent to get even one ship?
    I opened 100 boxes and didnt get one ship.
    Sooo not too thrilled by this.

    WOW WEE a NEW SHIP I WILL NEVER SEE!!!

    Why bother making them if most people cannot get them???

    I believe (but not certain) the average number of boxes to open is 200 as I have seen posts on the past referring to that. But that said some players are lucky some are not that is why they are referred to as gamble boxes.
