Can't toggle in-game mission options.

When given a series of options, you can't scroll through them. It's stuck on the first one. D pad or analogue can't change them. Occasionally you can leave the whole menu and re enter and the default slips to the next one down (you still can't change it). This makes missions which are timed impossible.
