Vaadwaur Tricobalt Cluster Torpedo Cannot be upgraded on replay versions

When we first play the mission and get the Vaadwaur Tricobalt Cluster Torpedo this torpedo can be upgraded. When we replay the mission all future versions of the Vaadwaur Tricobalt Cluster Torpedo cannot be upgraded. When playing a Tricobalt themed build we end up with 1 upgraded Vaadwaur Tricobalt Cluster Torpedo and 2 Vaadwaur Tricobalt Cluster Torpedo that cannot be upgraded.

"The Vaadwaur Cluster Torpedo is a special reward gained from “Revelations” in the Delta Quadrant story arc. Initial play rewards a Very Rare Mk XIII torpedo while the replay rewards a Rare Mk XII [Random] [Random] version. "

The XIII can be upgraded. The XII cannot be upgraded. The reply should give out the XIII version but got missed when mission equipment got changed to be upgradeable.

It's worth noting that some stuff that doesn't have "Upgrade" in the right-click context menu, can become upgradeable when it's dragged from the Inventory to the Upgrade window.

However, this doesn't work for the aforementioned Vaadwaur Cluster Torpedo.
