Delta Recruit: Missing Rewards for Missions "Secret Orders" and "Installation 18"

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
The missions "Secret Orders" (Starfleet only) and "Installation 18" (Romulan only) both have some Iconian Information hidden within them yet neither of them have a corresponding reward in the Tesseract Communications Receiver.
