Guillotine: mission incompletable, one of the stitching anchors disappeared

In Guillotine, Stitching Anchor #1 failed to show up. Or it got destroyed by an exploding Sphere, I don't know. The marker for it was visible, but flying near it didn't give the option to activate it. The task for that phase of the mission also remained at 5/6.

So when we finished the other five, the mission wouldn't progress to the end fight against the two tactical cubes. The mission couldn't be completed as a result.
