Previously Refunded currency from bugged item has revered back to earlier state than initial glitch.

I have an item that i upgraded to mk15 with an ultimate upgrade token. Then i rerolled stats. The item didn't save yet took all the currently. I left the item sit while i submitted a GM ticket which was... a nightmare since 10+ year account was bugged and could not post here. After i submitted a ticket it took 2 weeks to get the currency restored...and the item remained Gold Mark 15 bit i held off on rerolling the stats.
The other night i blew a bunch of currency for the upgrade weekend to ugprade a bunch of OTHER items.. I log in today and now that item that previously had an issue.. is not only no longer gold mk 15 but reverted to purple mk12 WEEKS after its already been gold. I don't know what to do now and there is literally no reason to play the game if everything I work for keeps reverting in quality or rank... I've already been assisted by a gm on this item and now weeks later its worse than it was before it bugged out on rolling. The GM was very helpful last time, my only negative interaction was with this site and my account being unable to do anything or even ask for help since I could not post. Previous Ticket for this item was # 1048538.
