Broken Transwarps in "Last Stand"

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
in the romulan Vengeance arc, episode in mission last stand you complete part 1 and are suppose to transwarp to Ra'kholh ststem. if you choose transwarp, you end up at Sol, not Ra'kholh. edit: the second transwarp does the same thing, instead of Tehrei, Sol
