Federation Starbase Tailor Menu Is Really Laggy/Freezes for Xbox One X

Certain parts of the game on Xbox One X are lagging and don't load properly at all; its been like that for years. It's especially apparent when you go to the tailor at the Federation Starbase.Customizing crew members in the PC version doesn't have this. It has nothing to do with my connection.

The problem is the game trying to load a preview of every costume piece when it really should have a delay built-in so that you can scroll the menu and settle on the item you want, which the game should then load.

Without the delay, we have the game trying to load in each costume piece as we scroll through them, meaning we are bogged down by slow mechanical systems. Hard drives are fast, but not fast enough.
