These bugs have been around since Thomas updated the Connie3 with her own material and animated nacelles. I've reported it in the past but finally posting it here in hopes maybe it can get fixed since I believe these are minor issues.
Bug #1: UFP text missing from starboard (right) nacelle.
Bug #2: Impulse engine glow is uneven or missing on starboard. I'm fairly certain this happens on all materials but many don't have heavy glow on this area so it's hard to tell. Included are pictures of the Odyssey and Galaxy material where it's visible.
Possible Bug: Nacelles/bussards no longer have bloom. This could have been an intentional in which case not a bug.
Cosmetic Issue: Dual Beam Bank (DBB) hard points fire from the dorsal (top) phaser strips which means that when firing at enemies lower on the Z axis than the ship DBB fire through the saucer of the ship. When the Connie3 launched DBB fired from the saucer edge which while that is not accurate to canon it looks much better due to beams not firing through the saucer. This is mostly a request to have it reverted but for canon accuracy I understand why it wouldn't I just look the visual of beams firing through the saucer is bad enough to justify the saucer edge hard points.
I hope that at least the two actual graphics bugs can be fixed relatively quickly. As mentioned the bloom on the nacelles might be intentional and I'm sure the DBB hard point change was made for canon and I would just personally appreciate it if it could be reverted because even though it's not accurate it just looks visually superior in game.
