Azure Nebula Rescue reward bug

I have noticed that since the Tholian Event, that the rewards for the advanced tfo Azure Nebula Rescue seem to be bugged. At the end of the tfo we use to get a choice between Nukara and romulan marks, at least when done as a random tfo. Now when done as a random we get no choice or rep marks at all. I've also noticed that this tfo gives the normal difficulty reward of 480 dil, even when done on advanced or elite. I have searched for previous posts about this topic and found some that were several years old, but none from when this started since the end of the most recent Tholian event. This surprises me, as I have seen this mentioned on chat. Am I missing something here?

I did this a week ago (got azure neb mission as random/advanced TFO) and there were no marks awarded at completion. Another person pulled into that TFO as a random join also warned there would be no reward, so other players knew of issue at least a week ago.
