Odd mission tracker status for wrong mission while on Nukara.

My new delta recruit went to nukara for daily nukara reputation marks, selecting the 2 "easy" ground missions including the sabatage mission.
About halfway into the sabatage mission (after destroying 5 or 6 of the 10 thingies), the Mission Tracker box showing status of each mission was completely replaced by the status of the "Transdimensional Tactics" TFO. I was not in the Transdim Tactics tfo nor was I queued for it (I was queued for Crystaline Entity but had no takers after 20 minutes).
This was not the case of one HUD box overlaying another...nothing currently overlaps my Mission Tracker box. So the status of my 4-5 active missions was completely replaced with the status of Transdimensional Tactics mission. The only way I could get status anymore was to open Journal and go to "In Progress" tab. I finished the sabatage mission but mission tracker was still overlayed and remained that way until I beamed off of Nukara which restored Mission Tracker window to correct contents.
I do not know if this is a new bug or not because it has probably been 6 months or more since the last time I did nukara ground.
