Weyoun Boff Upgraded to Elite Ground Trait Unselectable

I have a boosted Jem'Hadar character that has the Vorta Boff Weyoun #11. When I upgraded Weyoun to Elite Boff, I should be able to choose an additional Ground Trait for him, however, when I go to select it, nothing happens. How can this be fixed?

    Are you able to supply a screenshot or two? If we see what you see, we might be able to better assist with the problem.

    Usually, a map change or a relog is necessary for such changes to become fully accessible.
