Bridge Officer Space Abilities

There is an obvious issue in regards to bridge officers not applying their space trait bonuses. It can be temporarily fixed if you reassign the officer presenting the issue but if you exit your current sector, the issue will trigger again and you will have to reassign the officer again, to fix the issue...

I cannot express the level of annoyance this creates and how much time is wasted in the process. This issue has a substantial effect on the strength of a starship build.

Please fix this!
