Ok 1st off, the X button to claim my event daily is not working. I can not send any mail, or move stuff from my account bant to my inventory. I have uninstalled, and reinstalled the game and it is still doing the same thing. Please help if you can.
You have posted in the redshirt test forum. As you have mentioned in your post the X button I am assuming you are a console player therefore you need to post in ....

By chance are you playing a newly-made Romulan Republic, Jem'Hadar, TOS or Discovery-era character?
If so, you won't be able to do those things until they are finished their initial mission storylines.
