Vorgon Ryn'kodan Carrier is missing from the reclaim

I did the Lohlunat festival around summer 2017 and gave up the 1000 Prize Vouchers for it but never used the ship after i claimed the event completion so i know after checking the event claims list it was there for future usage which i went too check and its no longer there hence the ticket - please help me get my missing ship back as i still have some of the event tokens on some of my other toons

please give me back my missing ship

    Can you share some screenshots of your Event Reclaim window so that we can see what you see and we'll try to figure out the problem for you.

    For me, it's the third ship from the bottom, and I haven't missed any of the Event ships.
