Missing Costume Option from Lobi Store Armor (and missing armor)

I recently purchased the Herald Tactical Combat Armor from the lobi store. When attempting to modify the armor's appearance in the tailor, the belt option was not available (which I have seen as an option before). This happened both while actually wearing the armor, and while using the armor's appearance as a costume option. It also will not show up as an option for bridge officer costume options either.
I filed a ticket and GM Kezo advised me to recycle/discard and retrieve the armor to reset it. This was before I knew that you cannot retrieve Lobi armor (Some new to Kezo evidently as well :P ). So now am I not just lacking the belt, but I am lacking the actual armor (I know it's not meta armor but it's not shabby either) ;_: I responded to them and today received a reply from GM Zeon that said I needed to post a report here.
