Customization

There should be an option in ship customization to adjust the positioning, length, width of parts. You should also be able to customize your transporter and warp animation.

    Number 10 and what I am asking for are different. I am talking about resizing nacelles, pylons, weapons pod, etc or moving it a little bit back or forward, not building an entire interior.

    The second part of my original statement is about selecting visuals for warp and transporter animations not building an entire ship interior. The game file for the visuals already exist they just need to add the option for us to select them.

    I have asked for visuals like that several times, for instance I have some Vorta captains, which of course cannot be made in the correct faction for them, so they have the wrong warp, transporter, etc. visuals, and the answer finally came back that those are mostly hard coded into the specific factions. It would be great if they could overcome the technical problems and allow that though.

    Warp does have some wiggle room, though adding the DSC "thump" jump has broken the warp-out animations rather badly and the spore jump is very buggy, but apparently transporter visuals are too hinky to even mess with so it is not unusual to have two or even three different beam-out animations going at the same time if you have mixed crews, which looks rather silly considering they all appear on the same transporter pad or whatever despite the disparate VFX.
