Retraining causes Server Not Responding

I'm not sure if this is a bug to report or not, but...

I've noticed that the server lags every time I retrain a character. I've observed this: I use a retrain token to reset my character's skill tree, and the instant I purchase the very first skill, THAT is the moment when the server lags [Server Not Responding].

I ask around in local chat if anybody else was hit with an SNR and everybody confirmed that they in fact did encounter an SNR.

Was the map very full ?

the only think I can think to help is do it on the emptiest map you can find, when I claim rep levels if im on a map even half full it I get sooo much lag I think its not doing anything.

Then switch to an emptier map and works fine.

I'm not sure that's the point. The point I should be asking is: "is the server supposed to lag whenever I purchase my first skill after respec'ing?"

Not supposed to but if the map is fairly full there is a high chance it will, esp if a lot of people are doing things that are demanding on the system they will lag and even cause a server not responding problem.
