Unable to train specific Bridge Officer abilities

I see several reports about this and still no fix. And now I report it too

There are several bridge officer abilities that I am unable to unlock. I do have the required training manuals and bridge officers do have the required rank, but where the picture normally is of the specific training manual is blank/missing, so therefor unable to unlock. It concerns the following:

Class, Ability, (rank)
Science, Cryothermic Armor I, (lieutenant) (ground)
Temporal Operative, Uncertainty Burst I, (ensign) (ground)
Temporal Operative, Uncertainty Burst III, (lieutenant command) (ground)
Engineering, Medical Generator Fabrication III, (commander) (ground)

I have no trouble with unlocking Cryothermic Armor II and III + Uncertainty Burst II.
Also noticed when upgrading engineer Bridge Officer to elite by using a token, the Engineering Medical Generator Fab III gets unlocked!

There might be more to the list but these are the ones I found so far.

I was training Bridge Officers myself just a few hours ago and I had no issues.
You do have the Training Manuals in your Inventory, and not the Bank, don't you?

I'm aware of that and yes I do have the specific training manuals in my inventory.

But it doesn't change anything the fact is that the picture frame is blank. The picture of the training manual is missing within the training option. So therefore I simply can't click OK.

I have created a support ticket about this but got informed to post it here too.
