completed the 2024 Event Campaign – Part II, however, the Universal Kit Module - Tholian Technology Suite reward cannot be reclaimed on any of my alternate characters. I used Legacy tokens to complete the event the day it started. The kit module reward is not shown in any of the reclaim stores available to me. Not the Event Reclaim Ground, nor the Dilithium Reclaim. I reported the bug to Support and was requested to repost about it here.

after buying out the event and recieving the module on the claiming character i have been unable to reclaim it for my other characters on my account as it hasn't appeared in the event reclaim page

Has there been any reply from the Dev's that they are aware of this issue? Here or on social media?

So todays patch notes says that this is fixed I can tell you that it is not as the console is still not on the event reclaim tab.
Never mind this post I was misstaken I was looking for a ship console and it is a ground item

ye I noticed that, also for some reason they did not put the patch notes in one of the two places I look this time and they must have put it on the launcher/site news very very late as I did not notice it first thing this morning.
