Mirror enterprise & terran odyssey outfit issue

I recently purchased the promotional Mirror enterprise outfit on holodeck and its not showing up on my tribble account.
The terran odyssey outfit on the lobi store wont allow me to even use it when i have the odyssey outfit on it says only one unique item and i dont have any others used.

    Was this purchase before or after you copied your character over to Tribble?

    originally before but it should work for tribble though right?

    I think you need to re-import your character to tribble (or something like that) for it to sync with your holodeck version, but I have no idea how to do that (or whether it is a good idea to do so for that matter). At least that is the way that Defiance and a few others do/did it anyway.
