Vanity Impulse Visuals Tied to Vanity Shield Instead

So this is a weird bug that seemed to have started on all my characters simultaneously....A lot of vanity impulse engines no longer have visible visuals when equipped. Instead, the visuals seem to show when the corresponding shield is equipped. I first noticed this with the Jem'Hadar combat impulse engines. Equipped by themselves, no visuals. Jem'Hadar shield equipped by itself, shield and impulse visuals. This seems to apply to a lot but not all vanity sets. I have seen this bug with the 8472, Delta, and Temporal vanity sets as well as some others.
It does not apply to the Breen supercooled set or Aegis set. I equipped both a Temporal Shield and Breen Engines, the ship had Temporal shield visuals and somehow both temporal and breen impulse visuals.
