Uniform Bug

I have noticed multiple bugs within the uniform setting which we require to be fixed ASAP.

1. When putting on an emblem on the character for the fleet it will not save all changes.
2. When putting on the sash every time you get promoted, the highest sash you can get is Klingon Sash T05 01. It used to have more than that before.
