Heard I Needed Help – No Augment Boarding Party use

So, I use this trait somewhat liberally. I get beat up a lot, and I like to summon stuff, so this was a logical trait for me to use. However, the tooltip tells me the summoned Kelvin Me is supposed to use Augment Boarding Party at least some of the time; to the best of my memory, I've never actually seen this happen, and I've been using this trait since August last year, when I got the 10th Anniversary bundle.

Is the tooltip in error, the summoned ship bugged, or what? For that matter, I don't think I've ever noticed it using Delayed Overload Cascade either, but I don't even know what that does, so I don't think I would recognize its use either way...
