Solanae issues with new character

What the issue is
My camera is locked whenever I go to the Solanae Dyson Sphere.
What steps you already tried when attempting to resolve your issue (if applicable)
Contacted support, who told me to use my camera lock key.
This works but I want this SOLVED. I do not pay money so I can deal with *workarounds.*

I made this character because my other main became useless because of Solanae bugs. And now THIS one has a glitch!
I'm done giving money to people who can't do their job. My wallet is locked to Cryptic until this - and the previous bug I reported - gets sorted.
Based on past behaviour from them (i.e. not fixing stuff like this for years on end) I guess this is the end of our financial relationship.
Maybe the rest of you are fine with this third-rate nonsense but I'm sick of being ignored by people I give money.
So that ends now - one way or the other.
