Can't re-engineer the Prolonged Engagement Photon Torpedo. :(

As the title says, you cant re-engineer the Prolonged Engagement Photon Torpedo. You can re-engineer the phaser beam array, but not the torp. Please let us re-engineer it. Love the visuals and sounds of photons.
