Bug: Old character mission journal progression

I'm Returning after a long absence from the game. 3 of the characters I made back when I first started playing circa 2010 dont seem to have triggered the episode tracks properly in the mission journal and I can't progress through the different groups of episodes. Some of the ones previously completed state they "cannot be replayed" - this is a particular problem with one character as it looks as if I haven't completed any of the quests, yet I am an Admiral level.

I don't seem to be able to manually trigger new quest lines by finding the quest giver either, Admiral D'vak for example doesn't even have the quest symbol above him and I can't talk to him at all for the Borg Advance quest line. While the Romulan Ambassador on ESD does have the symbol, they won't give me the New Romulus quest line despite having completed Borg Advance.

I've tried repeating episodes like Fluid Dynamics for example to trigger the Borg Advance completion, but this has also not worked.

I'm concerned that a lot of missions, including the Dyson Sphere and Delta Quadrant are marked as "not replayable". The first two missions of the "Borg Advance" arc are also not replayable for some reason if I needed to repeat the entire quest line. I'm wondering if this is part of the reason why I dont seem to get the necessary progression.

For missions that are "Not Replayable", this is the default for most of the Dyson Sphere and the Patrol mission-wrappers in the Delta Quadrant arcs.
Some story arcs have a short introductory mission (e.g. Heading Out) that cannot be replayed either.

I don't see anything out of the ordinary in your provided screenshots.

If you're having trouble accessing a mission, you must make sure to have played/skipped all missions previous to it, including those in earlier story-arcs.

However, having a level 65 character on your account, will unlock the first mission in each arc for all other characters on your account. This means you should have more flexibility in picking and choosing which missions you want to play.
