Ship customization screen

For months the ship customization screen has been glitch or pixilated trying to change background doesn't help exiting and entering the screen seems to just reset it back to aback background sometimes it will not correct thai os on xbox I do not know about pc or ps.

This looks familiar as I recall someone else posted with similar issues in the ship tailor on Xbox.
I recall a solution was discovered but I don't recall what it was, nor can I find the thread.

i can verify thats happening to me at both ship and tailor

The ship customizer seems to be broken. All ship skins are displaying a dull grey color and will not change. If the change does actually show on the customizer then it is not there when you beam to your ship...

Your equipped Shield has a visual associated with it.
Go to your ship equipment screen, select the shield and the button to disable the visual will be shown at the bottom of your screen. For PlayStation, it's the Square - Is that the "X" on a Xbox?
Alternatively, look in your "Visuals" tab to see if there's something there.
