    Update as of 3/15/2024 this is still broken

    That has never given ferengi traders as far as I am aware, has always given colonists.

    You must be getting confused by the name it just means they come from the Ferengi admiralty missions.

    Edit: just confirmed, it even says when you hover over it that it gives faction specific colonists.

    Also just noticed the tag for this, this is Amdiralty related not reputation.
