in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
So yesterday I noticed that the tholian crystal harmonics set is not reclaimable on one of my characters. All others can reclaim the set and discard it, then get it back. But it is grayed out for character Rainer. I checked to see if I had any set pieces on any ship or in the bank, and that character does not have any of them. There is also plenty of space in the inventory, yet I can't reclaim it.

    You checked for all 4 pieces from the claim? I ask only because it gives both a regular core and a singularity core, so one might be overlooked.

    It might be possible that you've still got the box unpacked somewhere, in which case it'll only be in the bank or inventory.

    Yep, none of them are there.

    Ok, I actually did not think of that.
    So I went and looked just now and the box is not present anywhere.

    Would you be willing to post screenshots of your Inventory and/or Bank so that we can see what you see?
    Additionally, you have checked your other ships thoroughly, but have you checked your Shuttle(s) ?

    Ok, I'm sorry if I've been dumb, but I found the warp core in the account bank... It was scrolled off the page and I had forgotten I had gotten extra bank spaces...
    So it let me reclaim the rest of the pieces now.
