Dilithium Mining animations not playing (>6 years broken)

- What the issue is
The character mining animation initiates when you start the minigame, but stops early (after only a second or two instead of the full duration of the minigame).

- What steps you already tried when attempting to resolve your issue (if applicable)
Initiating the minigame plays the animation, but it stops too soon. This happens every single time.

The animation works for NPCs just fine, so at some point perhaps the run time for the player was changed by mistake to a lower figure?
