PS5 - Mission: Survivor (Bugged)

in PS4 Gameplay Bug Reports
I was doing temporal egent's "complete all story arcs" thing. In mission survivor, i beam down to planet, scanned some anomalies and now i'm suppose to talk to sela, however there is no "talk" icon on her.So i can't progress this mission. Anyone else having this problem?
